That question led Viviana on a journey through veterinary practice, physiotherapy, canine communication, animal behaviour, massage, and energy healing — ultimately creating a daycare unlike anything else.
After years working in veterinary practice and studying animal physiotherapy, Viviana realised that traditional approaches often addressed symptoms without understanding the whole dog. Dogs communicate constantly — through body language, energy, and behaviour — but most of the industry wasn’t listening.
In 2012, Skool of Drool was born. Not as a business plan, but as a belief: that every dog deserves to be understood, not just managed. That daycare could be more than supervision — it could be a space where dogs feel safe enough to truly be themselves.
Today, that belief lives in everything we do. From how we greet each dog in the morning, to how we read the energy of the group, to how we create calm when the world feels too much. This isn’t just a daycare. It’s a world built around understanding.
